Why I Don’t Fly U.S. Airways

After reading this article, I wish I’d been born a lawyer. Here’s one more reason to think twice before flying U.S. Airways.
Actually, I choose only to fly consistently profitable airlines with excellent safety records, rational fares, no “change fees”, and generally excellent customer service. That leaves only one domestic carrier.
